Join-in Tour--With flexibility and guaranteed daily departure, Join-in Tour is a way to reduce your tour cost and save big on flights and hotels. Make new friends and share one luxury coach, professional English-speaking guide with other travelers. If there is nobody take the same tour with you, tour will be upgrade to private tour and tour fee will be the same.
Small Group Bus Tour--Fixed Departure Small Group Bus Tours are usually from about 6 to 10 people. It is a way to reduce your tour cost. Make new friends and share one luxury coach, professional English-speaking guide and also your experiences with other travelers. Our prices are extremely competitive for we do have branch companies in each major city of China.

How to get Tibet Permit?
To get the Tibet Permit, please kindly inform us following:
1. Photo copy of your passport and China Visa.
2. Name same as passport and passport number of all travelers.
3. Estimate arrival and departure date.
4. Estimate length of your China tour.
5. Age, gender, occupation of all travelers.
6.3 to 5 working days.

What is the differences between Budget, Standard and Luxury tours?
Budget Tour-stay in 3 star category hotels in each city.
Standard Tour-Stay in 4 star category hotels in each city.
Deluxe Tour-Stay in 5 star category hotels in each city.

How long before the trip starting date do I need to make the booking?
1. We take last minute bookings and try to make your reservation per your request.
2. Late bookings can not be guaranteed for the hotel rooms and tour prices, especially during the high season.
3. We highly recommend to make reservations at least two months before the departure date.

What information do I need to provide when I make a reservation?
To reserve the tour, please kindly inform us following:
1. Name same as passport and passport number.
2. Nationality.
3. Estimate arrival and departure date.
4. Estimate length of your China tour.
5. Tour starting and ending city.
6. Number of travelers and age of child if any.
7. Name of cities you are going to visit.
8. Scenic spots you are going to visit.
9. Hotel rating your prefer, such as 5 star, 4 star...
10. Your budget if possible.
11. Special requests if any.

When will I get the tour confirmation?
We will confirm your tour reservation timely via email or fax when deposit reach our account. If we are not able to book what we have proposed for you, we will inform you timely and give you other options and ask for your approval before final the booking.

Can I make any change during the trip?
Sure, we take last minute booking as well as change. But for the changes, you are kindly requested to pay extra if any losses incurred.

How to make payment
The reservation deposit should be paid by cable transfer upon your confirmation.
Balance of tour fee will be paid:
< Pay cash/traveller' cheque on the spot.
< Make full payment via bank transfer.
< Pay by credit card in China. 5% as surcharge if pay by credit card.

What is the tour Policy for Children?
< Child age of 3 to 11, need extra bed at hotel/train/cruise ship will be 80% of adult;
< No extra bed at hotel/train/cruise ship will be 60% of adult.

When will I get the tour confirmation?
We will confirm your tour reservation timely via email or fax when deposit reach our account.
If we are not able to book what we have proposed for you, we will inform you timely and give you other options and ask for your approval before final the booking.

How to make deposit?

Reservation Notice

When to make the reservation?
< Please make the reservation at least 1 day in advance during low season and more days in advance during peak season. Your early booking is more appreciated.

Booking Confirmation
< Please click the "submit" button to enable your order form to be transmitted to us when you finished the order form.
< We will inform you when your reservation has been confirmed by either a telephone call, fax or email from us.

Check-in and Check out
< Regular check in time is 14:00 and regular check out time is 12:00 noon.
< Hotel will only keep the reservation till 18:00 unless upon request.
< Some of the hotel has the deadline. If the arrival time is later than deadline, you have to provide the guarantee reservation with credit card. The detail information is according to the booking system.

Credit Card Guarantee
You will be required to guarantee your reservation in the following situations:
< During the course of conference, exhibition, and holiday.
< Late arrival than permission of hotel.
< During the peak season.
< 5 rooms or more.
