If you have any simple, special, or complex traveling request, just email us your
wishes. We will plan it out and give you a quotation.
2. Are
your hotel rates per room or per person?
All of our listed rates are per room, NOT per person.
3. Do I
need a credit card to make a hotel reservation?
Usually, credit card information is not necessary to guarantee the reservation. All
payment goes directly to the hotel. Sometimes we will need a reconfirmation from you to
verify that you are a serious customer. Occasionally, during a special busy
season such as Canton Fair period, the
hotel will ask for credit card info and an exact airline/train number to secure the
reservation.
4. What
is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations?
The electronic confirmation will have a due date by which time you must confirm acceptance
of your reservation by sending us e-mail. If we do not receive these details by the due
date, which is shortly before your arrival date, we will cancel your room automatically.
5. How
to make payment
The hotel room rate can be settled directly to the hotel upon you check-in. You can pay by
credit card or cash. You can also pay the room rate to us by cash
and Occasionally, during very peak season, we will ask you to
provide us your credit card Info. for secure your reservation.
When you check out, you just pay the rest of room rates.
